Transport to the Hyper Building is primarily through a regional- continental high-speed Mag-lev transportation line planned between Los Angeles and Las Vegas.

The main terminal is on the northeast side of the structure. Slower Mag-lev lines will take travelers from the main station to local stations within the Hyper Building. A system of conveyer belts will be employed ensuring effective baggage handling for travelers to and from the Hyper Building.

Inside the building, travelers, residents, employees, and visitors shift from mass transit to local elevators. These primarily operate between Terras, the public spaces throughout the tower. Within the Terras, vertical circulation is aided by extensive use of escalators.

Internal travelers experience an exciting change of landscape as they move from lower to higher floors on express or local elevators. In the Hyper Building the pedestrian

reigns, aided and enhanced by escalators, diagonal or spiral escalators, moving sidewalks, electric conveyances and bicycles.

Service transportation originates in construction yards, warehouses and distribution depots in the Terras. Freight elevators handle construction materials and large goods.

A two-story, 25,000,000 square meter underground parking garage is located below in the solar power generation plant. It can house 64,000 private automobiles and 30,000 commercial vehicles. Though cars are not being used on a daily basis , they are part of our society and we expect many residents to maintain cars for recreational and long-distance travel.
