Arcosanti Organics is the agricultural program at Arcosanti. We maintain two greenhouses, two gardens , a field, peach orchard, and a small vineyard.

The agricultural program embodies Arcosanti's belief in stewardship. With stewardship in mind, we see it as our responsibility to revive interest in growing food organically and provide the Arcosanti project with fresh produce.

An agricultural emphasis may be incorporated with the Arcosanti workshop. Workshop participants interested in gardening will work towards nurturing the existing systems through a hands on approach. Our program is designed around the following priorities:
