Our interest in appropriate technologies encourages experimentation. We utilize technologies such as solar dehydrators for the greenhouse, and specially designed compost tea dispenser towers to make our food production more integrated and efficient. Plans for a water catchment system are forming as well. Experimentation with gardening processes are a focus due to our extreme desert climate. Composting is also a primary concern.

Optimizing our systems and reducing waste through certain technologies is in accord with our stewardship principle.
